SERVICE GUIDELINES

Reservations are on a first-come, first-served basis.

Payment must be received prior to ordering or reserving a seat.

To ensure a smooth ride, please read the following Transit Guidelines:

  • PURPOSE: Establish and/or re-establish family and community ties via transportation to correctional facilities through the state of California.

​

  • PAYMENTS: Payments must be received 10 days prior to the scheduled trip. Payments may be made over the telephone by calling +1 (800) 370-1235.

​

  • PROPER IDENTIFICATION: All passengers must have the required identification to board transportation to each facility. All persons over 18 must have a valid and acceptable form of identification (ie: Government Issued ID/Driver’s License, Government issued Passport, etc.). All minors must have their birth certificate, and a notarized letter if traveling with someone other than their parent or legal guardian.

  • PICKUP LOCATIONS: Being on time for pick up is YOUR responsibility. All passengers must be at the pickup location at the agreed-upon time. We will allow a ten-minute grace period for passengers to show. The van will depart promptly from the pickup location ten minutes past the scheduled departure time. No refunds will be issued for anyone arriving after the grace period.

  • NO SHOWS/LATE ARRIVALS: Refunds will not be issued for any reason, for no-shows, or late arrivals.

​

  • DEPARTURE FROM VISITING: The van will depart at the agreed-upon time. We allow a ten-minute grace period. You are responsible for leaving the visiting room early enough to ensure you are ready for the departure of the van. Anyone who misses the departing van is responsible for their own way home or the compensation of the company to return to pick them up at a later time.

  • VISITATION DENIAL/EARLY TERMINATION: As a transportation company, we have no jurisdiction over the denial or termination of a visit. If you are denied entry or your visit is terminated early, you will be required to wait until the van departs at the regularly scheduled time. Refunds will not be issued for denial of entry, or early termination.

  • PASSENGER SEATING: Any accommodations for seating must be made with the reservation. Seat accommodations will not be made the day of pick up. All seats are reserved and anyone without a reservation will not be allowed to board the van. All children under the age of 8 years old, must ride in a federally approved car seat or booster. Passengers must provide their own car seats. All passengers must wear their seat belts at all times.

  • CANCELLATION POLICY: Full refunds will be issued for individuals who cancel their trip seven (7) working days prior to the departure date. All cancellations must in done by calling the office at +1 (800) 370-1235. If you do not cancel your trip seven (7) working days prior to the departing trip, a refund will not be issued.

​

If our company cancels your trip, you will have the option of a full refund or to reschedule on the next available trip. If you request a refund of your payment, please allow us five (5) working days to refund your payment. All payments will be refunded in the manner they were processed.

​

Please note: Our company has no control over the length of time that your credit card company or issuing bank takes to re-issue funds back to your account. We will ensure that your credit card company or issuing bank receives the funds in a timely manner.

​

  • DISORDERLY CONDUCT: Our company has a strict policy regarding the safety of all of our passengers and drivers. With our drivers having the authority to perform automatic denial of service If any of the following listed behaviors are displayed:

Threats of harm to other passengers or drivers, Consumption of alcohol or illegal drugs, Physical harm to other passengers or drivers Foul or abusive language.

Any person removed from our services or denied entry onto the van for displaying any of the above-mentioned behaviors forfeits their right to a refund.

​

  • ILLEGAL CONTRABAND AND DRUGS: It is illegal for any person to enter onto State Prison grounds with the intent to smuggle/conceal contraband items to give to a prisoner. Our company complies with ‘ALL’ California Prison rules and regulations regarding routine and random searches of our vehicles. Anyone who is found with illegal contraband on prison grounds will be detained/and or arrested at the institution.

Be aware, that one person’s behavior can affect the entrance of the whole van. DO NOT board our vehicles with ANY illegal contraband.

​

  • PROPERTY DAMAGE: An inspection of the van will be performed before boarding of passengers and after passengers exit the van. Any graffiti on/off the seats will be charged to the person assigned that specific seat. DO NOT dispose of chewing gum on the floor or under your seat.
